After introducing the Mid-Autumn Festival customs, the staff distributed powder, gloves, molds, and fillings prepared in advance to everyone, and explained in detail the steps of making moon cakes. After listening to the explanation, everyone couldn't wait to get started. First, folded the moon cake gift box, then kneaded the dough, rounded the dough and flattened it, placed the filling in the middle, and slowly closed it up with the power of the index finger and thumb. After folding them together, roll them into glutinous rice flour and put them into the mold. Soon, the exquisite and lovely moon cakes were spread all over the table.
